I have so many wonderful things to say about this practice. The incredible front desk team down to the counselors. Most importantly to the PA Danielle on the team who is running around like a headless chicken most of the time making sure everyone is well taken care of. I came in depressed, with no motivation to live, and no sense of hope. The groups helped me, but I really appreciated how much Danielle was willing to listen to me. I felt so comfortable opening up to her knowing that she wouldn’t judge me. She does it all… the bloodwork, EKGS, medication management, and always on time. She is like four people in one midget. I am now off sober off of Kratom because of her. God bless. I have never been sober since I first started using. She is my hero.

Sam, one of the directors, is absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgeable and I look forward to meeting with her a few times a week for her uplifting support on my path of recovery. Integrity is a very special place, very different from other outpatient facilities! She has been helping me like no one has!

This place is amazing! The staff are so nice and outgoing! It's really a great environment. They offer coffee, and its always super clean. I'm able to have confidence speaking in my group, and my one on one therapy is like no other I've had. I love coming here it's the best part of my day I always leave feeling recharged, optimistic and ready to take on the world. Thank you Integrity!

I wanted to take a moment to share my appreciation for the outpatient program and the positive impact it has had on my recovery. From the moment I started attending, I felt welcomed and supported by both the staff and the other participants. The environment you've created is one where people feel safe to be honest, open up, and work on themselves without judgment. One of the things I appreciate most is how knowledgeable and compassionate the counselors are. They don't just go through the motions—they truly listen and provide thoughtful feedback that helps me reflect on my behaviors and make better decisions. Their encouragement and patience make a big difference, especially on days when recovery feels challenging. The structure of the program has also been very helpful. The group discussions, coping strategies, and focus on personal accountability have given me tools I can use in my daily life. I especially appreciate how the facilitators guide conversations in a way that allows everyone to participate and learn from each other's experiences. It helps build a sense of community and reminds me that I'm not alone in this process. Another thing that stands out is the positive and motivating atmosphere. The staff consistently reinforce hope, progress, and personal growth. They celebrate small victories and encourage us to keep moving forward, which really helps build confidence in recovery. Overall, this program has been an important part of my journey. The dedication, professionalism, and genuine care from the team make a real difference.
